Manage and oversee a service station with guidance from the restaurant manager.
Provide personal service and advice to guests, showcasing your sales talent.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards while supporting various tasks.

From December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you to support and complement our motivated team.

Independently managing and supervising a service station under the guidance of the restaurant manager or their deputy
Personal service and advice to guests
Recommending, presenting and selling the current drinks and food offerings "Your sales talent"
Various mise en place tasks
Collection and billing with own cash register (change is provided)
Implementation of the prescribed workflows in the respective shifts (morning, midday, evening)
Compliance with internal service and quality standards, hygiene regulations according to HACCP as well as safety regulations

Experience in service in upscale hospitality or completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist
You have a flair for high service quality as well as experience in upscale gastronomy
Flexible, resilient team player with initiative and sensible prioritisation of tasks
Enjoyment in dealing with demanding national and international guests (simply a passion for the profession)
Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
Impeccable appearance and a well-groomed exterior
