Your mission

• Advise our customers, take measurements, carry out after-sales repairs and perform warranty work
• Professionally and timely installation of Koralle shower screens
• Manage and organise customer orders independently and handle complaints as quickly as possible
• Perform administrative tasks such as writing weekly reports, emails and issuing invoices
• Cover for colleagues during their holidays and in case of illness

Your profile

• Completed training in the industrial field or in the construction / craft sector
• High manual dexterity and a strong liking for practical and meticulous work
• Structured, independent and reliable working method, customer-oriented solutions
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ease with digital tools
• Flexible and dynamic personality with a strong technical service orientation
• Very good command of French and basic school-level German, both spoken and written
• Resident in the requested region
