The Fairmont Monte Carlo is a luxury hotel located in the heart of the Principality of Monaco. It features 596 rooms, suites, and residences as well as four restaurants, three bars, a Fitness Center, a Spa, two swimming pools, Room Service, and a Catering service.

• Consistently provide a professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Be responsible for a team of Chambermaids, Floor Porters, Team Members, supervise staff and control their work
• Ensure proper presentation of staff as well as discipline on the floors
• Prepare daily programs for the teams
• Guarantee quality service of the department while optimizing organization and work procedures
• Ensure safety and hygiene are maintained in the rooms as well as common areas on the floors
• Control and prepare VIP arrivals
• Control and correct public areas, offices, and service areas, circulation
• Handle customer requests and complaints and take initiative to correct errors if necessary
• Report to superiors any information that allows better customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as conflicts or dissatisfaction
• Participate in identifying and assessing staff training needs
• Participate in various inventories
• Contribute to achieving service objectives

• Minimum high school diploma, a degree from a Hotel School would be a plus
• Very good command of English and Italian
• Required experience in the same position in a similar establishment
• Developed sense for management, responsibilities, and communication
• Very good personal presentation. Sense of aesthetics.
• Team spirit, attention to detail, hospitality, discretion
• Must be able to demonstrate firmness, rigor, and empathy
• Ability to manage a large team - organization and rigor
