Role:
You will work on modern CNC turning and milling machines and manufacture demanding precision parts in small batch sizes. With your technical understanding and quality awareness, you ensure precise production and actively contribute to optimising processes and workflows.
Responsibilities:
Setting up, programming, and operating modern CNC turning and milling machines
Manufacturing small, complex precision components according to technical drawings
Monitoring ongoing production processes and independently implementing optimisations
Conducting quality and dimensional inspections according to drawings and specified test criteria
Identifying and correcting deviations in the production process
Ensuring high production quality and on-time delivery
Independently processing assigned production orders
Active participation in process and workflow optimisation
Close collaboration with the team and support with technical queries
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
Professional experience in CNC manufacturing is required
Enjoyment of precise work and manufacturing demanding components
Good technical understanding and strong quality awareness
Willingness to learn new technologies and manufacturing processes
Independent, careful, and reliable working style
Team-oriented and collegial personality with respectful interaction
Motivation for professional development and active participation in improvements
