Plant and Equipment Builder as Welder

• Manufacture of welded constructions according to drawings and operation plans from aluminum, steel, stainless steel, rust-free material (primarily fine sheet metal up to 3mm)
• Setup and process according to production instructions
• Independent work according to deadline
• Operation and monitoring of an automated welding cell
• Creation of work instructions for faster and more efficient work
• Independent programming of the welding robot
• Optimization of programs regarding automation and process capability

• Training as a plant and equipment builder or equivalent professional experience
• Professional experience as a welder in TIG, MAG/MIG with certification in aluminum, rust-free steel sheet as well as stainless steel.
• Experience in robotic welding including robot programming
