Your tasks
- You and your colleagues are the central point of contact. You are a competent contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- You support the Director of Education and City President as well as the staff members (including the Gender Equality Office) with administrative and organizational tasks.
- You plan and coordinate appointments and keep track of pending matters.
- You organize meetings and events and handle correspondence.
- You manage and process the affairs of the Educational Directorate for the City Council and other committees.
- You take advantage of the opportunities of digital transformation and are committed to its implementation in the administrative area.
Your profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship EFZ and have completed suitable further training (ideally as an executive assistant with a federal diploma).
- Your communication in German is confident, clear, and correct. You are also comfortable with correspondence in French and English.
- You skillfully use MS 365 and business management systems (e.g., CMI) and are interested in new IT solutions.
- Your strengths include a strong service orientation, pronounced organizational skills, quick comprehension, interconnected thinking, and flexibility. You also bring these qualities to the team.
- You work reliably, proactively, independently, with the necessary discretion and structured.
- You remain calm in hectic situations.
- You are interested in the political and social events in the city of Lucerne.
