Your main tasks include:
- Independent management of construction sites in the field of civil engineering and demolition
- Creating the daily required reports using an iPad
- Ordering, monitoring, and implementing quality, safety, and work guidelines
- Supporting the construction manager in technical matters and weekly schedules
- Creating measurement and photo documentation
- Interest in digital construction sites (BIM)
The following qualifications you bring with you:
- Completed vocational training as a road builder or bricklayer
- Further training as a foreman or site manager
- Several years of experience in civil engineering / earthworks / demolition
- Team player and resilient
- Confident appearance and skilled handling of clients and customers
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
