We are looking for a/n starting November 1, 2025, or by agreement
Your tasks:
- Professional and personnel management as well as further development of a dedicated team
- Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, safety, and preservation of the municipal properties
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of maintenance and investment projects
- Management of external service providers including contract and performance management
- Budget responsibility and regular reporting
- Promotion of sustainability, energy efficiency, and digitalization in building management
Your profile:
- Completed technical vocational training with appropriate further education (e.g., as Head of Facility Management)
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in technical or infrastructural Facility Management
- Strong organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking, and a solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit
- Enjoyment of innovation and further development
- Driver's license category B
- Willingness for occasional evening and weekend shifts as well as periodic on-call duty
