What you will achieve:
- Friendly and competent handling of the telephone inquiries of our customers
- Creating customized offers for both new and existing customers
- Individual correspondence with customers via email and chat as well as through letter templates
- Processing of insured and contract data as well as other administrative tasks
- Continuously deepening your health insurance knowledge and expanding your consulting skills
Why you will succeed:
- You have a vocational training or high school diploma
- You communicate fluently in German and French, both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
- Initial experience in finance, insurance, or healthcare is an advantage
- You enjoy communicating professionally over the phone and through digital channels, where consulting and sales go hand in hand
- You maintain an overview and stay calm even in challenging situations
