About the job
Our institution has developed over time into a modern centre for special education, which covers today's needs in the special and social pedagogical field with a diverse range of services. Around 240 people work in the areas of special school, housing, therapy, services, and administration.
The housing area offers socially pedagogically qualified support to children and young people in cooperation with their parents in four residential groups and a parent-child programme.

The duty roster is planned early and transparently, wishes are considered where possible, duties are fairly distributed within the team, night and weekend duties are compensated accordingly.
