Operational Data Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client from the energy sector is seeking support in operational data management. You will assist project and sub-project managers with exciting construction projects and ensure that all data is managed optimally.

Your main tasks:

• You take care of data migration as well as maintaining and updating databases

• You undertake assistance and administrative tasks in the project environment

• You are the central contact person for questions regarding data collection, data maintenance, as well as data imports and exports for specialised applications

• You manage SharePoint sites and template documents

• You support the implementation and execution of measurements for data quality and operational measures to improve data quality

• You contribute to the further development of data and document control and support the professionalisation of project management support

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial or technical basic training

• At least 2 years of professional experience in data management or a comparable role

• Very good German skills, both spoken and written

• Good French and English skills

• Confident use of MS Office applications

• Experience with databases and SharePoint is an advantage

• Structured, precise and independent working style

• Team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating with various contacts
