Role:
Our client is an innovative industrial company with highly automated production facilities and a strong focus on sustainability and technical advancement. You can expect a responsible leadership role with plenty of scope for design in a modern production environment.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and development of the team for electrical maintenance
Ensuring high equipment availability and smooth production operations
Coordination of maintenance work, technical projects and external partners
Close collaboration with production and plant management
Active participation in faults, optimisations and investment projects
Qualifications:
Completed basic electrical engineering training
Several years of experience in electrical maintenance of a production facility
Sound knowledge of PLC programming, ideally with TIA Portal
Experience in a leadership role in a technical environment
Assertive, entrepreneurially minded and highly organised personality
