Property Manager with Portfolio Responsibility (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, as a property manager, you take responsibility for individual solutions around diverse property requirements. You use years of industry knowledge to ensure the appropriate selection of apartments, single-family homes, commercial spaces, or investment properties. You accompany interested parties from the first inquiry to successful mediation and contribute to the long-term sustainable use of the properties. With your professional demeanour, you build trust and ensure efficient and transparent handling of all management processes.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage your own portfolio of rental properties and condominium ownership
You plan and coordinate viewings as well as re-lettings
You screen prospective tenants and prepare rental contracts and rental deposits
You organise and conduct handovers and returns of apartments
You prepare and conduct condominium owners’ meetings
You are the central contact person for owners, tenants, and external service providers
You work closely with the property management assistant and support administrative processes
Qualifications:
You bring practical experience in property management; a federal professional certificate is an advantage
You ideally know both rental properties and condominium ownership
You present yourself in a friendly and professional manner and enjoy communicating with different stakeholders
You work independently and confidently with MS Office and modern digital applications
You have very good German language skills
