Microdul AG in Zurich City specializes in high-quality microelectronics with around 100 employees and three business areas: Modules, Semiconductors, and Thick Film. Our core competence lies in the development and production of miniaturized electronic circuits, realized in close collaboration with our customers - mainly in medical technology. For our Human Resources, Finance & IT department, we are looking for a new team member. In this position, you report directly to the department head (management). With your skills, you contribute to optimizing and developing optimal personnel work and organization.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for personnel administration from entry to exit (contracts, changes, certificates, absences, social insurances, statistics).
- Support of management and line in HR topics (personnel planning, organization, employee development, employee events).
- Payroll preparation and interface to financial accounting or external payroll.
- Support and partial leadership of the recruitment process (advertisements, preselection, interviews, onboarding).
- Ensuring compliance with labor law, quality, and safety-related requirements (including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, SUVA, EKAS).
- Participation in the further development of HR processes and instruments (HR policies, regulations, digitization) as well as other projects.
- Responsibility for commercial basic education.
Who We Are Looking For
- Commercial basic training and HR specialist certificate, supplemented by further training in the HR field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as an HR generalist or in a similar function, ideally in a production or technology company.
- Very good knowledge of Swiss personnel administration and labor law.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Proactive, structured, and reliable working style, grounded, pragmatic personality.
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage.
- Preference for a work mix of many operational activities in an SME environment.
