Mechanic - Manufacturing - CNC 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You dismantle hydraulic components (mainly hydraulic cylinders) and identify their defective parts.

• The defective parts are manufactured according to your own sketches and considerations.

• For manufacturing, conventional and CNC lathes, as well as a conventional milling machine, are available to you.

• You determine seals to be replaced on hydraulic components. Afterwards, you have the possibility to:

  • Fit seals from our own extensive stock

  • Order seals from the supplier

  • Independently manufacture seals with our state-of-the-art CNC seal manufacturing machine

• You assemble dismantled hydraulic components and test their functionality on existing test rigs.

• You tackle manufacturing and mechanical challenges with your creativity.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical apprenticeship or experience in the defined area of responsibility *

• Independent and proactive working style

• Good technical understanding

• Ability/experience to apply manufacturing tools appropriately to the situation

• CNC experience (milling or turning)

• Teamwork skills and resilience

• Enjoyment of craftsmanship
