JOB DESCRIPTION:
- You support our service technicians with technical issues over the phone
- You resolve simpler technical problems with our customers over the phone.
- You independently solve complex technical problems on-site with our customers
- You assist in the technical training of new service technicians as well as the continuous education of existing technicians
- You are responsible for our vehicle fleet, which includes around 80 cars
- You work closely with sales to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of all relevant technical documentation
PROFILE:
- You have completed a technical vocational training and have several years of professional experience in the technical field
- You have in-depth knowledge in fault diagnosis and rectification as well as in handling technical documentation
- You can convey complex technical issues understandably and appropriately for the target audience
- You possess electrical and electromechanical knowledge
- You have a driver's license (car)
- You speak fluent German
