What is my role?

You take on the comprehensive HR support for a defined business area and accompany employees through all phases of their employee lifecycle. As a competent contact person, you advise managers on all personnel-related matters and support them in change processes.

Your tasks include:

• Operational personnel administration in close cooperation with the HR service centre

• Active participation in exciting HR projects

• Continuous development of HR processes and instruments

• Strategic advice and implementation of practical HR solutions

In this versatile role, you actively shape HR work and contribute significantly to the positive development of the company.

What do I need to be successful?

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training as well as successfully completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in HR consulting, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Sound understanding of business management contexts and the ability to recognise company needs and translate them into practical HR measures

• Strong service orientation as well as networked, solution-oriented thinking

• Confident and convincing appearance combined with excellent communication skills

• Teamwork skills and the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations

• High flexibility, resilience and initiative

• Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
