Trust Officer (100%)
- Establishment, liquidation, and administration of offshore companies, trusts, and foundations
- Drafting correspondence and documents (minutes, resolutions, agreements, deeds)
- Contact with foreign representatives, directors, banks, accountants, and clients
- Opening and monitoring of bank accounts
- Compliance with due diligence obligations
- Anti-money laundering/compliance
- Maintaining legally required company records and other documentation
- Electronic and physical filing of documents
- Updating the company database
- Experience in the administration of trusts and companies or in compliance or fiduciary services is an advantage
- Interest in further education in the professional field
- Very good English and German, spoken and written
- Very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Well organized, precise, reliable, and proactive
- Ability to work independently
- Strong team spirit
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
