Salary - CHF90,000 - 115,000Role:
Our partner is an innovative, specialised fiduciary company in the Zug region that consistently relies on digital accounting. The goal: to automate administrative routine tasks through maximum digitalisation in order to strategically and consultatively support clients as subject matter experts. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a motivated professional with a special flair for payroll to start immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will take over payroll accounting, advise on social security law, and manage digital mandates including financial statements and taxes.

Responsibilities:
In your specialised fiduciary role, you will take on the independent handling of payroll accounting for our SME clients.
You advise and support clients on all questions regarding payroll and social security.
You are responsible for the management and controlling of digital accounting.
You prepare precise annual financial statements and tax returns for companies and private individuals.
You provide comprehensive support to SME clients and take over communication with authorities and insurance companies.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed training in the fiduciary field (e.g. federal specialist certificate, fiduciary/payroll clerk or equivalent).
Solid professional experience in payroll accounting and Swiss social security law.
High affinity for modern, digital tools and automated accounting.
Independent, structured and reliable working style with a strong service mentality.
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form.
