About the job

• Contact person for authorities, offices, internal and external stakeholders
• Management and coordination of interdisciplinary and cross-departmental project teams as well as external planners/partners for our various construction projects in the Eastern Switzerland / Ticino region and partly also in Central and Northwestern Switzerland.
• Responsibility for development, planning, execution, quality, deadlines and cost control according to internal processes
• Support in development and analysis processes of existing buildings
• Assistance in the evaluation of acquisitions

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, complemented by further training in Business Administration
• At least 5 years of professional experience as client representation and/or project management of large buildings
• Sound knowledge of the real estate and construction industry as well as a current network
• Flexible, proactive working style as well as interconnected thinking
• German spoken and written, Italian welcome
