- Deployment in all kitchen areas
- Co-responsible for the production of mise-en-place and the preparation of meals for all guest groups
- Managing your own station according to supervisor's instructions
- Support in ordering and inventory management
- Co-responsible for implementing hygiene and quality standards according to food law and internal guidelines
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training as Cook EFZ
- A high degree of personal responsibility, commitment, flexibility, resilience, and reliability
- Willingness to work weekends
- Excellent manners as well as service-oriented thinking and acting
- Strong team spirit / loyalty
