You are the heart of our branches in St.Gallen & Wil and ensure daily improved quality of life for our customers. Your tasks include:

• Professional hearing consultation and individual fitting of hearing systems

• Conducting hearing tests and audiological measurements

• Passionate care and aftercare of your customers

• Active participation in branch activities

• Continuous development of your professional expertise

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a hearing aid acoustician (preferably with a master craftsman certificate)

• High quality awareness and attention to detail

• Independent, goal-oriented and ambitious working style

• Enjoyment of continuous further education

• Confident, polite and effective demeanour

• Team spirit and passion for better hearing
