Comprehensive, well-rounded range of tasks
To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a technically skilled individual who coordinates our international service assignments from needs assessment to deployment planning. In direct communication with our worldwide customers, you assess the service requirements for customer-specific machines – both in the event of unplanned machine downtimes and scheduled maintenance work. You then coordinate the necessary internal resources and plan the deployment of our service technicians.
The position combines a high degree of independence and responsibility with technical and commercial challenges as well as close customer contact. There is potential to take on project and/or team leadership responsibilities in the future.

What you bring:
- technical training combined with commercial experience
- experience in the international capital goods sector
- good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and automation
