CNC Mechanic with CAD Experience (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent programming, setup and operation of multi-axis CNC milling machining centres
• Creation and adjustment of CAD/CAM programmes for the production of complex components
• Conducting quality checks as part of the pre- and post-processing of workpieces
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient production process
• Creation and maintenance of production documentation and test protocols
• Active participation in the optimisation of manufacturing processes and workflows
• Responsibility for the care, maintenance and servicing of the assigned machine park
• Close cooperation with adjacent departments such as design and quality assurance

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, ideally specialising in toolmaking or comparable
• Solid experience in CNC milling of multi-axis machining centres
• Good knowledge of the CAM system Mastercam as well as experience with CAD software
• Strong technical understanding and high quality awareness
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
