The Schönberg Center combines care, support, advice and education under one roof. In our large modern building, we offer 166 inpatient places.
As a recognized and well-positioned training company in the canton of Bern, the Schönberg Center offers training places for health professions of all qualification levels and for industrial and commercial professions. Currently, we train 25 apprentices in 6 different professions.
To strengthen our education team, we are looking for from May 1, 2025 or by arrangement a vocational training manager (m/f/d) 80-100%
Your tasks- Responsible for ensuring the educational plan for apprentices and students
- Developing aids to support the trainers
- Supporting the trainers in creating qualifications, assessments, and educational reports
- Supporting the trainers in challenging learning processes
- Contact person for the education and culture directorate, professional associations, and vocational schools
- Coordination, planning, and organization from recruiting to the qualification process
- Acting as an examination expert
- Supporting the 6 area managers in work planning (external courses, school days, working hours)
- Professional support for the trainers
- Planning, conducting, and evaluating practical support
- Acting as a lecturer in LLT or internal training
- Qualitative review of practical support
Our expectations
- Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF or equivalent
- Completed vocational trainer course (100 hours), SVEB 1 completed or willingness to attend
- At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in long-term care
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Very good IT skills
- Enjoy working with trainees
- Diverse, responsible area of responsibility with a lot of creative freedom
- Open culture and innovative collaboration in the field of education
