Lead Medical Practice Assistant

Uroviva represents a modernly managed medical network and includes a specialised clinic for urology, eleven urological practices as well as an andrology centre. With around 70,000 consultations annually in primary, specialised and emergency care and over 5,000 operations of all degrees of severity, Uroviva is a significant provider of urological services in Switzerland.

For our lively practice at Stadelhofen station, we are looking for a Lead Medical Practice Assistant 100% starting 1 February 2027 or by arrangement

• Leading the MPA team and scheduling
• Main responsibility for planning, organising and preparing consultations including patient reception and care
• Preparing urological examinations and assisting with examinations and minor procedures (cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy etc.)
• Independent performance of blood sampling, urine analyses and injections
• Optimising processes
• Performance controlling
• General office work, scheduling appointments
• Order and inventory management

• Completed training as MPA EFZ and several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience, further training as MPK advantageous
• TARDOC knowledge advantageous
• Axenita knowledge advantageous but not essential
• Good MS Office skills
• Friendly and patient personality as well as high resilience and team spirit
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
