The textile manufactory of the Terra Vecchia Foundation processes old and new materials into attractive accessories and decorative items. Our team carries out clothing alterations, repairs, and new productions as well as individual customer orders. People who are on the path to professional integration are involved in the work processes.
Due to a maternity cover, we are looking for a
Work Agog:in/Clothing Designer:in 60–80 %
for the textile manufactory in Gümligen from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement
Fixed-term employment for 6 – 12 months
Your tasks
Client work
- Contact person for about 5 people in a work integration measure
- Support and guidance of clients in a work integration measure
- Assistance with the vocational training of apprentices
- Collaboration on general administrative tasks
Production
- Participation in production and daily coordination
- Development of prototypes and/or drawing of patterns
- Involvement in maintaining customer contact
- Assistance with order acceptance and support in quotation management and invoice preparation
- Assistance at markets or in direct sales
Your profile
- You have a qualification as a clothing designer EFZ or very good sewing skills.
- You have completed training as a work agog (HFP), social pedagogue (FH/HF) or comparable education.
- You are familiar with common PC applications such as Word or Excel.
- Your high social skills and your independent, reliable but also responsible way of working distinguish you.
