As part of strengthening its teams, our client, a global reference player in the field of flavours and fragrances, is looking for an internal/external logistics operator. You will work in a demanding industrial environment, at the crossroads of fine chemistry and ingredients intended for the food and cosmetics industries.
Logistics Operator(s)
Your tasks:
- Move material drums on site using forklifts (forklift operator / warehouseman)
- Load and unload trucks at the receiving and shipping docks
- Manage stock via SAP
- Handle pallets
- Perform physical work involving frequent movement and prolonged standing
Profile sought:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a forklift operator / warehouseman in an industrial environment
- Forklift licence R1-R2-S2 mandatory (French licence to be validated) with at least 6 months practice
- Training: ideally CFC, or BAC, CAP or equivalent (VAE accepted)
- Clean criminal record dated less than 30 days
- Reactive, curious person, with good learning ability and wishing to progress
- Good physical condition
- Stable professional background required
Working conditions:
- Shift hours in 2x8: 5:30am – 1:30pm / 1:30pm – 9:30pm
- Possibility to progress to a 3-shift schedule
