You lead the controlling teams of several locations both professionally and personally and further develop employees and structures
You review quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure their financial plausibility
You are responsible for management reporting, key figures, business analyses and decision-making bases
You manage and optimise budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
You act as a finance business partner for business units and financial management in operational and strategic decisions
You further develop cost controlling and BI solutions and promote data-driven corporate management
You lead cross-departmental projects for process optimisation and corporate development
Qualifications:
Higher business education at FH/university level or comparable qualification in the finance sector
Several years of controlling experience, ideally in a project-oriented service or engineering environment
Initial leadership experience as well as sound knowledge in business partnering, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
Very good Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as D365FO as well as BI solutions
Fluent German skills as well as business fluent French and English skills
