Chef de Partie (m/f)
We are one of the last three "Gasthof Ochsen" in Switzerland with an in-house butcher shop in family ownership. "Meat enjoyment with family tradition" is lived daily with us.
Our 4-star hotel has 35 modern rooms, a restaurant with a guest room, Ermitage and Birseck rooms, our "village terrace" and 2 banquet halls.
Our specialties are newly interpreted classics and Butchers Cut. In our own patisserie, wonderful dessert creations are made. Since 2024, we have been listed with 13 points in Gault & Millau.
We are looking for a
Cook / Chef de Partie (m/f) starting in October or by arrangement.

What you bring:
- Completed training as a cook (EFZ)
- Clean and thorough working style with a high quality standard
- Resilient and committed personality
- Experience in independently managing your station
- German as a native language or very good German skills
