The residential area is a main pillar of our work – demanding, but also meaningful. Here you help shape, bring in new ideas and further develop processes, always with the aim of enabling a high quality of life for people with disabilities. You can expect a responsible and varied role in a respectful environment. To strengthen our teams in comprehensive support, we are looking for reinforcement for the entire residential area and all departments from now or by arrangement
Tasks
- Support and care of people with a disability
- Carrying out activities in the practical life area
- You organise the daily routines according to the structure of the respective department
Requirements
- Care or Health professional with EFZ, career changer with SRK course or similar training
- Ideally, you have experience in supporting people with disabilities
- You are flexible, empathetic and like to take responsibility
- You are willing to work in the entire residential area and in all departments
