TASKS
- You are responsible for leading, supervising, and developing the construction logistics team with 3 dispatchers and 25 drivers
- You support internal and external customers
- You bear the result and cost responsibility for the construction logistics area
- You assist in planning the maintenance of the vehicle fleet
- You assist in preparing offers for transports and deliveries
- You evaluate subcontractors for transports and take over their supervision
- You ensure invoicing and billing of the services provided
- You take over deputizing and replacements for the dispatchers
- You participate in projects for the digitalization of construction logistics and optimization of the vehicle fleet
- You ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, as well as safety and environmental standards
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
- Technical or commercial basic training and completed further education
- Leadership experience, service- and solution-oriented, flexible, resilient
- Creative, independent, reliable, and precise way of working
- Driver's license category B, preferably category C/CE
- Confident German in spoken and written form, good communication skills
- Experience with Office365 and knowledge of the dispatch and control program SIMMA as well as the ERP system Abacus is an advantage
