• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a 15-member team across several European countries
• Planning and management of daily operations as well as monthly personnel planning for your team
• Promotion and development of your employees through coaching and training
• Technical clarifications of work packages with project management and engineering
• Optimisation of workflows and methods with your on-site team
• Active participation in change and optimisation projects within the department
• Willingness to travel within Europe of approximately 25%

• Completed technical training and several years of professional experience in mechanics
• Initial leadership experience as a team, group, or project leader
• Strong communication and social skills
• High initiative, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
