To strengthen our Insurance Benefits BV team, we are looking for a
Specialist in Occupational Benefits Services (50-60%)
What you can expect from us
You will independently manage your own client portfolio and ensure that our insured persons are competently and reliably supported.
Your main tasks include:
- Review and payment of retirement, death and disability benefits
- Processing of WEF advances and divorce cases
- Booking of vested benefits
- Maintenance and quality assurance of system data
- Independent case management with responsibility from A to Z
- Participation in exciting projects and developments
What you bring with you:
- Professional experience in claims processing (retirement, disability, death) in occupational benefits,
- In-depth knowledge in disability entitlement assessment
- Enjoyment of direct communication and customer contact
- Flair for customer needs
- Interest in participating in projects
- Networked thinking, openness and willingness to learn
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good French skills
- Knowledge of the M&S Pension / AKIS BV Net application is an advantage
- Also advantageous: professional certificate for occupational benefits or social insurance
