What is my role?

You ensure that electronic components are reliably, cost-effectively and punctually available, thus keeping production running.

• Maintenance of article master data

• Recording and monitoring of quantity contracts

• Obtaining and evaluating offers (in coordination with the Strategic Procurement Manager)

• Inventory disposition of the Electronics product group

• Order processing via ERP system

• Implementation of eForms (change notifications, article integrations)

• Checking order confirmations

• Monitoring and reminding of delivery dates

• Processing of error messages

• Checking and approving supplier invoices

• Participation in purchasing optimisation and supplier evaluation projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic training in electronics or electrical engineering, supplemented by purchasing or logistics-related further training

• Solid practical experience in operational purchasing, preferably in a production environment

• Structured, precise and independent way of working

• Convincing negotiation skills and assertiveness

• Communicative team player personality

• Proficient use of ERP systems and MS Office

• Confident German and fluent English skills
