• Experience in leading and motivating a team, preferably in retail or hospitality

• You like physical work, have a hands-on mentality, and lead by example
• You are ready to take co-responsibility for your store and its results
• You have the ability to remain calm and focused even in stressful situations
• You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays
