Your main responsibilities:

• manage a multidisciplinary team (business and technical) of 15 employees and coordinate the activities of the Clinical IT and Medical-Technical (MTT) division while ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment
• prioritize tasks and define the strategic roadmap of the Clinical IT and MTT division
• optimize working methods to improve the efficiency and quality of processes
• lead and monitor IT projects related to clinical activities
• contribute to the overall strategy of the Information Systems Department (ISD) as an active member of the executive team
• represent the ISD to clinical bodies and other departments
• manage critical incidents and ensure rapid resolution of sensitive situations
• train and support employees to develop their skills

Your profile:

• Higher education in healthcare with management experience
• Financial skills
• Significant experience in business process analysis and project management
• Communication skills to persuade and collaborate with business teams
• Ability to train and coach employees
• Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language and English (technical)
• Knowledge of hospital information systems
• Ability to work in a team and seek solutions
