The Center for Philanthropy Studies (CEPS) is an interdisciplinary university institute for philanthropy and foundation studies at the University of Basel. CEPS combines internationally recognized research with practical implementation in continuing education offerings. To strengthen our continuing education and research activities, we are looking for a student assistant starting November 1 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
In this role, you will support our team with a workload of 12 hours per week. Your tasks include independently handling administrative tasks in the area of continuing education administration as well as supporting ongoing research projects.
Your profile
You are studying economics as a major or minor. Additionally, you have attended the lecture "Introduction to Nonprofit Management." Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form, good English skills, very good written expression, and proficient use of the MS Office suite are required. Your work style is precise, structured, and reliable. Ideally, you have work experience in the administrative field. Engagement in a nonprofit organization in your free time is a plus.
