Senior Private Client Advisor / Private Client Advisor

What you will achieve:

• You take responsibility for your own client portfolio and build long-term, trustworthy relationships
• You advise our clients holistically - personally, competently and with heart - in line with our advisory philosophy "well advised, Schwyz style"
• With your sensitivity to the individual needs of our clients, you recommend suitable banking products and develop tailor-made solutions
• For optimal support, you specifically involve our internal specialists and thus create a tangible added value

This is how you succeed:

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in banking and/or further training in business administration (e.g. HFBF or HFW) or financial advice / financial planning
• You already have experience in advising clients - especially in the areas of financing, investments and pension provision - and understand how to recognise and respond to individual needs
• With your service orientation and your winning manner, you inspire our clients
• High initiative and entrepreneurial commitment drive you - you think along, get involved and contribute ideas
• You are an empathetic personality who is committed to the team with passion, takes responsibility and actively lives our performance promise
• Your communication skills and assertiveness help you to convince clients and develop the best solutions together
• Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
