- Commercial education (Kauffrau/mann EFZ) with sales support experience.
- Fluent in German, with English and French preferred.
- Strong MS-Office skills and a customer-oriented approach.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual to start by arrangement or immediately as
Internal Sales Administration (80% – 100%)
Your tasks:
- Order entry and processing
- Creation and processing of quotations
- Invoicing and billing of documentation orders
- Telephone support and advice for customers (pharmacies/drugstores)
- Support in national shipping processing
- Complaint and damage case management
- Data maintenance in the ERP system (Blending
Your profile:
- Commercial employee with a federal diploma (EFZ)
- Experience in internal sales or administration
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- English and French skills desired
- Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style
- Enjoyment in customer contact
