What is my role?
Machine operation: You operate and monitor modern production equipment according to specifications and ensure stable, efficient operation
Shift coordination: Shift reporting, responding to malfunctions and process-relevant adjustments on the machines are part of your duties
Participation in the production process: You actively contribute to setup processes and work preparation
Quality assurance: You independently carry out quality checks and initiate corrections if necessary
What do I need to be successful?
Technical training or industrial experience: Completed mechanical or technical training (e.g. plant operator, mechanic, locksmith) or several years of experience with industrial equipment
Technical understanding and team spirit: Manual dexterity, technical interest as well as reliable, independent working style. You enjoy working in a team and communicate well in German
Willingness to work shifts: You are comfortable with a 4-shift system (rotating 7-day shift model, including weekends and public holidays)
System knowledge: Ideally experience with process control systems and MS Office
Mobility: Own car or good public transport connection for reliable shift start
