Responsibilities:
- Occupational Safety & Environment: You work on measures for occupational safety and environmental management and support their improvement
- Maintenance & Repairs: You carry out repairs, maintenance, and functional tests on machines, apparatus, and equipment
- Safety Management: You ensure compliance with all safety regulations and create a safe working environment
- Documentation: You keep precise maintenance logs and document your work in clear reports
- Craftsmen Coordination: You accompany external craftsmen and ensure efficient collaboration
- Facility Management: You are responsible for facility management, including all maintenance work on the building
- Process Optimisation: You actively support the further development and optimisation of existing processes
- System Installation: You install new systems and carry out the corresponding connection work
- Deadline Compliance: You ensure the timely completion of orders and always keep an overview
- Workshop Management: You lead the workshop department and ensure its smooth operation
Qualifications:
- Technical Training: You have vocational training as a mechatronics technician and apply your expertise in a versatile manner
- Industry Experience: Ideally, you have gained experience in the pharmaceutical, printing, or packaging industry
- Leadership & Organisation: You possess strong organisational talent and leadership qualities with which you successfully lead your team
- Resilience & Teamwork: You work customer-oriented, master tasks confidently, and remain focused even under high pressure
- Flexibility: You are willing to work in a two-shift system and provide on-call service to respond flexibly to requirements
- Personal Demeanour: You convince with a confident, respectful demeanour that builds trust
- Working Style: Your flexibility, initiative, and precise working style distinguish you
- Hands-on Mentality: You tackle tasks directly and find pragmatic solutions
- Language Skills: You have very good German skills and ideally knowledge of French and English
