The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.
With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Social Worker (m/f/d), 80%
We are looking for support in the social services team from 1 December 2026 at the Gontenschwil location.
Your tasks
- Collection of social history, goal setting with patients, conducting individual conversations and regular review of objectives
- Goal- and solution-oriented counselling of patients in the areas of work integration, daily structure, financial aspects, housing, guardianship measures and family issues
- Support of patients in contact with social insurance, authorities and other external agencies
- Organisation and participation in location meetings and helper conferences with internal and external parties
- Co-responsibility for discharge planning and related administrative tasks
- Organisation and implementation of alumni evenings and therapy market
- Co-supervision of trainee interns
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external parties
- Participation in reports, team meetings, supervisions and intervisions
- Timely and proper record keeping and documentation
Your profile
- Degree as a social worker FH or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a clinical setting
- Further training in social insurance is an advantage
- Practice instruction course is an advantage
- Very good German and IT user skills
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- A team-oriented, curious and proactive personality
