Laboratory Technician

To strengthen our team, we are looking for our laboratory "Helio, Flexo, Pad Printing and Spot Inks," a:
LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
ROLE:
• Contribute to the development of new inks, their validation, and their implementation with clients.
• Perform laboratory work within the framework of ink development and research projects to develop the new generation of SICPA products.
• Document, present, and discuss the results obtained through reports or presentations.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and manage several projects simultaneously while ensuring optimal efficiency.
• Occasionally participate in technical visits to clients (in Switzerland and abroad).
• Conduct regular project progress reviews.
PROFILE:
• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a laboratory technician in chemistry.
• Minimum 2-3 years of industrial experience, preferably in the field of inks, coatings, or paint.
• Experience in research.
• Autonomous, reliable, methodical, resilient, able to work in a team, and demonstrating professional awareness.
• Fluent in French, English level B1.
