Head of Nutritional Counselling (m/f/d)

You will drive

• You will lead the nutritional counselling team both professionally and personally
• You will be responsible for deployment planning, organisational tasks, and employee discussions
• You will develop modern counselling approaches and counselling quality together with the team
• You will participate in projects and actively shape the future direction of nutritional counselling
• You will care for inpatients at the GZF clinics (especially acute geriatrics, internal medicine, and visceral surgery)
• You will advise outpatients with diabetes, obesity, malnutrition, and gastroenterological diseases
• You will support people in sustainable behavioural changes and conduct group training sessions

You bring with you

• You have a completed degree in nutrition and dietetics (HF/BSc/MSc) and at least 5 years of professional experience
• You bring leadership experience or experience in a deputy management role
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and enjoy taking responsibility
• You value interprofessional collaboration and are open to new developments
• You are interested in behavioural change and motivational interviewing
• Ideally, you have experience in projects and quality development
