- Provide on-call support from 21:45 to 07:15 for residents.
- Ensure a safe living environment and assist with daily needs.
- Available for night rest in a personal room from 23:00 to 5:30.
Skills
- Experience in social services or caregiving is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Reliability and a service-oriented mindset are key.
