To strengthen our production team, we are currently looking for a Cutting & Printing Operator to participate in the creation of our luxury packaging and displays.

Your mission
Within our production workshop, you ensure the preparation, cutting and printing of the various components intended for the manufacture of our luxury products. You guarantee the availability of the necessary elements for production while respecting quality requirements, manufacturing deadlines and safety instructions. Through your versatility, rigour and attention to detail, you contribute to the smooth running of operations, the workshop's performance and our clients' satisfaction.
Your role
Preparation, cutting and printing
- Prepare the raw materials needed for manufacturing (cardboard, fabrics, leathers, foams and other components).
- Use cutting sector equipment (shears, guillotine, press and other cutting machines).
- Prepare and adjust cutting and printing machines according to manufacturing orders and product technical specifications.
- Carry out cutting and printing operations according to plans, technical sheets and defined production standards.
- Perform series and reference changes necessary for smooth production.
- Ensure the conformity of components before making them available to the manufacturing workshops.
Production management and monitoring
- Consult and follow priorities defined by the production schedule.
- Ensure the execution of manufacturing orders within the allotted deadlines.
- Identify and report any material shortages, inconsistencies or difficulties that may impact quality or deadlines.
- Record working times, quantities produced and any rejects in the tracking tools provided.
- Complete production sheets and transmit necessary information for activity monitoring.
Quality control
- Carry out visual and dimensional checks of produced parts.
- Verify the conformity of cuts, colours, markings, alignments and prints.
- Identify, isolate and immediately report any non-conformity or anomaly.
- Strictly apply quality standards and current procedures.
Maintenance and continuous improvement
- Ensure the good condition and proper functioning of cutting and printing equipment.
- Carry out first-level maintenance, cleaning and routine upkeep operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement actions aimed at optimising flows, reducing time losses and improving the overall performance of the workshop.
Profile sought
- Experience in an industrial, production or precision artisanal environment.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand plans, technical sheets and manufacturing instructions.
- Good mastery of measurements and dimensional sizes in millimetres or centimetres.
- Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Rigour, autonomy and versatility.
- Team spirit and collaborative attitude.
- Sensitivity to quality and meticulous work essential.
- Knowledge of printing processes or equipment: an asset.
