About the job
The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range of services extends from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care as well as care and support at home. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide outpatient services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive care services, we enable people to stay in their familiar home as long as possible despite health limitations. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.
- Basic care, support and household work at our clients' homes
- Execution and documentation of interventions according to care planning
- Accurate recording of service data
- Completed SRK nursing assistant course
- Professional experience in managing a household as well as Spitex experience is an advantage
- Good German skills in spoken and written (at least level B2)
- Up-to-date IT skills (MS Office, Perigon)
- High social, methodological and professional competence
- Driver's license category B, own car desired
- Independent and responsible way of working
