For our Central Switzerland construction unit, we are looking for you as our new Head of Execution Maintenance (m/f/d) 80-100%. Your future place of employment will be in Gisikon, your area of operation the entire Central Switzerland.

What you will drive

Overall responsibility for the execution of maintenance projects
Leadership and coaching of site managers, foremen and project teams
Planning and control of resources, personnel and machinery
Ensuring compliance with quality, costs, deadlines and occupational safety requirements
Responsibility for tenders, awards and change order management
Support and advice for clients, planners, engineers and other stakeholders
Continuous optimisation of processes and workflows
Participation in the acquisition and calculation of new projects

Why you will succeed

Completed training in construction (FH/ETH civil engineer, site manager, master builder or comparable further education)
Several years of professional experience in maintenance, concrete repair, renovation or in building and civil engineering
Experience in leading employees and project teams
Entrepreneurial thinking and strong organisational skills
Negotiation skills and confident appearance towards customers and authorities
Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in Swiss construction
Very good German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
