Our Ward 2 South is a highly specialised team of 45 committed employees who provide comprehensive care for up to 43 patients in five carefully structured zones. Our focus is on the nursing and treatment of multimorbid patients with acute medical as well as postoperative needs. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.
Your duties
Deriving the individual nursing needs or nursing goals within the entire nursing process, setting action plans, implementing the planned measures with the support of nursing assistants and nursing aides, and continuously evaluating the overall process
Supporting and advising patients and their relatives in complex nursing situations
Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines and participating in continuous improvement processes (CIP) within the framework of Lean Management
Supporting trainers in the education of apprentices and students

Your profile
Diploma in Health and Nursing HF, FH
Professional experience in acute medicine and rehabilitation
Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes to work in a multidisciplinary team and values constructive collaboration
Teamwork, customer orientation, conflict resolution skills and business acumen
High commitment and resilience
